THE COMPLETE RIGHT OF WAY (ROW) MAP OF KATHMANDU METROPOLITAN CITY AND OTHERS

The following map shows the all the right of way (ROW) with in Kathmandu Metropolitan City (Not Kathmandu District or Valley, although major Road are indicated)
In case of mobile use this link for easier navigation.
The ROW can be as per bye laws, as per Guided Land Development (GLD) or as per set by Department of road.We hope that this map will be useful for land transaction or building design process.

PLEASE READ BEFORE USE

In case of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, the ROW of all through-fare roads and dead end road greater than 50m is 4m. So only proposed 4m road where there no or narrow roads are shown.
This is just a reference map should not be considered as exact legal representation. GLD map is subject to change as per local demand. If you find your plot is near the ROW in the above map, you should check your blueprint map with KVDA to confirm the exact status and orientation of the proposed ROW.
